La Bien Aimée Alix is a 2-ply/lace weight yarn made from 70% Falkland merino and 30% Suri alpaca. Alix is Felix and Helix's cousin yarn. It can be knit either double or with other 2-ply yarns. What makes Alix special is its ability to take on speckles. They really sparkle on this yarn. Each hank of Alix contains 100 g of yarn and has a length of approximately 650 m.
