Shipping policy
General Info
- We endeavour to provide cost-effective, timely delivery for all orders.
- We dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. For urgent delivery requirements, please contact us at hello@thelittleyarnstore.com.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- If an unexpected delay does occur, we will notify you as soon as it comes to our attention.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up to date when placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
- Goods will be shipped using a carrier chosen at our discretion, or that of our manufacturing partners.
- All delivery timeframes shown are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed
- For pre-ordered or custom-ordered items, your order will be shipped once those items are received from the supplier. If your order includes in-stock items, these will be held and shipped together with the pre-ordered or custom-ordered items. If you would prefer in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please contact us at hello@thelittleyarnstore.com — an additional shipping charge may apply.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time and can be reviewed before finalising your order at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We use Australia Post as our delivery provider.
- For domestic delivery speed guidelines, please refer to Australia Post's dedicated page.
- Free shipping applies to orders with a total value of physical (shipped) items of $250 or more. Gift cards and other non-physical items do not count toward this threshold.
- For orders containing bulky items, shipping is $15.95 regardless of order value.
- All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping (Overseas)
- We ship internationally via Australia Post. For international delivery speed guidelines, please refer to Australia Post's dedicated page.
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority or using an online duties calculator to estimate any applicable fees before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
- For domestic orders: if your order has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@thelittleyarnstore.com with your name and order number.
- For international orders: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@thelittleyarnstore.com with your name and order number.
In-store Pickup
- Free local pickup is available at our retail location: 11/180 Moggill Road, Taringa, Queensland, 4068.
- After placing your order, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready within 1-2 business days. We will email you when it is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.
- Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Christmas Cut-Offs
- To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your order by the dates below. These dates are set by Australia Post and are subject to change - we recommend checking Australia Post's website for the most current cut-off dates.
- Standard: TBD, 2026 (same state); TBD, 2026 (interstate)
- Express: TBD, 2026
- Note: Items sent to or from Perth, Darwin, and Hobart require earlier lodgement. Please refer to Australia Post's website for specific cut-off dates for these locations.

- We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page at least 7 days before taking effect. We encourage you to review this page before placing an order.
