Isager Laurel Pullover
Helga Isager writes about the design: "In the 90s my best friend and I were huge fans of the Japanese brand Comme des Garçons, who made fascinating and beautiful collections referencing Punk and Romanticism. I remember a dress with abstract velvet flowers shattered on the smooth fabric. This dress was the inspiration for my Laurel Pullover."
The main yarn is Isager Tweed and the leaf pattern is knitted with Isager Tweed and a strand of Spinni held together. I have let the leaf pattern continue in the ribbings to create the illusion that it is printed on the final pullover.
The Isager Laurel Pullover is knitted in one piece, from one sleeve to the other, and the neckline has a wedge on each side, which gives the pullover a great fit.
Things to Note:
- This pattern is made from:
- 300 (350) 350 (400) grams of Tweed in colour Autumn
